Full retreat experience, morning chanting ancient Sankrit Chandi mantras, followed by yoga, pranayama & meditation. Sunrise & sunset walks & jungle exploring. Discover the healing garden & see all the different fruits & vegetables. Learn secrets about the plants & their healing power. Singing birds & butterflies all day while you bathe in the sun homemade sun baths. We are working on bringing yoga and meditation experts to Double Rainbow to run retreats here as well.

HOMESTAY

We also offer a simple, homestay experience. Double Rainbow is the perfect place if you`d like to relax and rejuvenate, read or simply enjoy the fresh Himalayan air, views & peaceful atmosphere. If you'd like to go into town, Banepa has small shops, ATMS, a cyber-cafe, hospital & other services. We have built 3 more guest room in which 6 people easily can stay. We have changed the beds into very comfy beds. We also have light in all the rooms including toilet & shower room. And of course, delicious organic meals freshly cooked everyday. Vegetarian friendly !
